What the roadmap download form collects

Your first name, last name, email address, organization and sector, which roadmap you asked for, and whether you would like to be kept informed about APPTI news (optional).

Why we collect it

Roadmaps are free. We ask who is downloading them so the Executive Director can follow up with people in the industry.

Where it goes

The form is received by Netlify, our website host, which emails each submission to the Executive Director and keeps it in its form dashboard. We do not store these details anywhere else on this site. Your browser can remember that you have unlocked the roadmaps and whether you paused the logo animation. These are yes/no preferences; they contain none of the details you entered.

The contact form works the same way: your name, email, organization (optional), topic and message go to Netlify and to the Executive Director.

How long we keep it

We keep each form submission for 12 months, then delete it.

How to opt out

To ask us to delete your details or to stop receiving APPTI news, email chris.luettgen@appti.org.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. We do not count visits or follow you between pages or sites. After you unlock a roadmap download, your browser remembers a simple yes/no flag so you are not asked again. A separate yes/no flag remembers whether you paused the logo animation. Neither holds any of your details.
